Suster4D Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

1General Terms & Acceptance

Welcome to suster4d. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") covers all rules, policies, and guidelines governing your use of the suster4d platform as a registered user. By completing the registration process or accessing any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to all provisions set out in this document.

Suster4d reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clear date of revision. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and suster4d. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to stop using our platform immediately.

2Member Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use suster4d's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
• A valid Malaysian citizen or resident with an active Malaysian phone number.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list on any gambling platform.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Not be located in a territory or country where online gambling is fully prohibited under local law.

2.2 Registration Process

Each individual is permitted to register only one account on suster4d. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, IP address or payment method — are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without notice.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. suster4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Suster4d may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected on your account. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), proof of address, and proof of payment method.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 Deposit Methods

All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. suster4d reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there are signs of money laundering, fraud or a breach of terms. In such cases, we will notify you and may require additional documentation.

Your first withdrawal requires successful identity verification. Suster4d is not responsible for any delays caused by the verification processes of third-party banks or e-wallet providers.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by suster4d are subject to rollover requirements clearly stated on each offer. Rollover refers to the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus) must be wagered before any withdrawal is permitted.

Example: If you receive a bonus of RM50 with a 10x rollover requirement, you must place a total of RM500 in bets (i.e. RM50 × 10) before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Which game types qualify towards the rollover requirement depends on the game category, as specified in the respective promotion terms.

4.2 What You Need to Know About Bonuses

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.

• Bonuses carry a stated validity period — any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Bets placed during a network disconnection or technical disruption may not be counted towards rollover calculations.

4.3 Periodic Promotions

5Game Rules

5.1 General

All games available on suster4d — including slots, live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), table games and progressive jackpots — are operated using software from licensed developers that employ independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

The outcome of every game round is entirely random. Suster4d has no control over the result of any game, and no guarantee of winnings is given to any player.

5.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption, disconnection, or server issue during an active game, suster4d will make every effort to resolve the problem promptly. However, suster4d is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical interruptions beyond our control, including connectivity issues on the player's end.

5.3 Table Games & Live Casino

For live table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack and Roulette, results announced by the dealer are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verifiable through video recording. Review requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the round in question.

6Sports Betting

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Suster4d accepts Sports Betting across a wide range of sports including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UCL), international badminton, e-sports and more. All bets are subject to a minimum of RM5 and a maximum that varies by event type and betting market.

6.2 Match Cancellation

If a match is cancelled or postponed before the minimum required time (typically 45 minutes for football), all related bets will be fully refunded to the member's account. In-play bets that were settled prior to the cancellation are final.

6.3 Void Bets

Suster4d reserves the right to void any bet found to have been placed using insider information, significantly erroneous odds, or market manipulation. In such cases, the bet will be settled at the correct original odds or cancelled entirely at suster4d's discretion.

7Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your suster4d username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. suster4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the suster4d support team immediately via live chat. We recommend changing your password regularly and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Sharing or selling your account to another party.
• Using automation software, bots or scripts to play or place bets.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system.
• Using an account for money laundering activities.
• Making a deposit using a payment method that does not belong to you.

8Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 By Suster4D

Suster4d reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other unlawful conduct. Where an account is closed due to a breach, suster4d reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is carried out.

8.2 By Member

You may request the closure of your suster4d account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures. Closing your account does not exempt you from any obligations that arose before the closure date.

9Responsible Gaming

Suster4d is strongly committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a limit you do not want to exceed within a specified period.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on the amount you are willing to lose in a single session or over a given period.

10.2 Liability Limit

Suster4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption. suster4d's maximum liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10.3 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
